Vista Cay is a Tuscan-themed gated community located next to
International Drive and Universal Boulevard within walking
distance to the Orlando Convention Center and Shingle Creek
Golf Resort and just minutes from Disney, Sea World, and
Universal. Guests will be able to use public facilities across the
street at Shingle Creek Golf Resort for a fee: Golf, restaurants,
swimming pool and Spa. The state-of-the-art, 10,000-square-
foot, resort clubhouse offers movie theater, game room, fitness
center, internet library, flexible meeting rooms, resort-style
swimming pool with multi-level deck space, children's
playground, spa and sports court for complete family recreation!
Located in Orlando, Vista Cay is the first Orlando resort
community zoned for short-term rental. This means you get
resort amenities, vacation home value and comfort, and a
fantastic Orlando address, centrally located to all the
attractions. Disney six miles, Sea World two miles, and
Universal four miles.
Check-in Procedures: Customers will go directly to Vista Cay
where Millenium Management has a townhome and where they
will check-in. After hours, a lock box will have all the information
the customers need in order to get to their house. All units at
Vista Cay will have a key-pad; each unit will also have a back-
up lock box on the wall. Customers do not go to the Welcome
USA Welcome Center to check-in.
Please note that bookings of less than 7 nights will be
subject to a cleaning fee. Applicable fee to be added at
the time of booking
